Insurance: We do accept most insurance carriers, as long as they are PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) plans, and we will file your dental claims for you. Although every effort is made to accurately estimate your benefits, they are still simply an estimation. If your insurance does reimburse less than we estimated, you are responsible for the outstanding balance. If your insurance reimburses more that estimated, your account will be credited or you will be refunded the difference. We encourage all of our patients to contact their insurance company to become more familiar with their dental benefits. If you have insurance questions that are specific to our office, please contact MaryAnn, our financial coordinator and she would be happy to discuss them with you.
Discount Cards: We do accept a number of discount cards in the office. We recommend the DentaCard discount savings card. If you have any questions about this option, please visit dentacard.com or call our office!
Credit Cards: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
Cash/Checks: We accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and debit cards.
Payment Plan: We do understand that unexpected expenses do occur. With this in mind we proudly accept CareCredit. Patients of Record: We do require payment of the patient's estimated portion to be paid during the time of service.
Emergency Patients: Should an emergency occur, please contact our office immediately so that we can treat you as soon as possible. For non-patients of record we will tend to your emergency during regular business hours, however payment for the exam and x-ray will be due up front. We will alert you of any additional costs for further treatment and that will be due at the time of service as well.
